Insight Cities Hub (“IC Hub”) is operated by Insight Cities LLC. The application is used for managing tours, guides, and internal communication within the Insight Cities network.

We process personal data (such as name, email address, and phone number) of guides and staff solely for operational communication and scheduling purposes. No data are shared with third parties except service providers necessary for email, SMS, or WhatsApp delivery (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Meta Platforms).

Data are processed based on legitimate business interest and contractual necessity. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are applied to protect data against unauthorized access or misuse.
